We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Job Role Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your responsibilities will extend beyond call handling, encompassing a range of daily duties designed to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. These duties include: Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail Making daily outbound phone calls to ensure seamless communication with our customers and team members Routing technicians based on location to optimize service delivery and reduce response times Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team, fostering collaboration and mutual support Positions Schedule: Flexibility and Work-Life Balance We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our schedule for this role is designed to offer you the best of both worlds: Wednesday: You will work from our Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break, allowing you to interact with your colleagues and be part of our office environment Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: You will enjoy the convenience of remote work from home from 8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break, enabling you to manage your personal and professional life effectively Qualifications: The Right Candidate To excel in this role, you should possess: Previous call center experience of at least 1 year, demonstrating your ability to handle high call volumes and provide excellent customer service A typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, ensuring efficiency in data entry and communication The ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure, even in challenging situations Independence and teamwork skills, allowing you to work effectively both autonomously and as part of the dispatch team Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, facilitating accurate routing and scheduling of technicians Accuracy in documenting information into our customer database (Service Titan), maintaining data integrity and supporting informed decision-making Remote Work Qualifications: Setting You Up for Success To ensure your success in this remote role, blithequark will provide you with the necessary tools, including a laptop and cell phone.
