As our AI/Tech Specialist, you'll be at the helm of groundbreaking tech initiatives that aim to redefine what "luxury" means in the digital age. We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup culture and gets a kick out of using technology as a game-changer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Learning & AI: Spearhead the design and deployment of machine learning models and AI algorithms that will make our guest experiences unparalleled in the industry.
• Tech Stack Optimization: Conduct regular tech audits and performance benchmarks to keep our stack lean, mean, and cutting-edge. Your motto: "There's an API for that."
• System Consolidation & Automation: Seek and destroy inefficiencies through tech & automation. Evaluate our existing systems, find opportunities to streamline, and unleash the full power of automation to make our operations as slick as your favorite code editor. If it can be automated, dockerized, or serverlessly orchestrated, you're already figuring out how.
• Roadmapping the Future: Put your skills to the test by crafting a technology roadmap that aligns with our objectives. Yes, we’re talking scalable & maintainable.
• Team Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions and ensure full adoption from the team.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Your insights will guide business decisions, from UX improvements to customer retargeting strategies.
Qualifications:
• Startup DNA: Experience in a startup environment is a must. Bonus if it’s in the hospitality or travel sector.
• Tech-Savvy: Mastery over AI/ML frameworks, data analytics suites, and cloud services. If you speak Python, R, or SQL like a second language, you’re our kind of people.
• Strategic Mindset: Can you think three steps ahead and connect the dots
• Translator Extraordinaire: You can explain a neural network to an eighth-grader and a business executive, and make both understand the magic.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related tech-intensive field is preferred, but we’re more interested in skills and enthusiasm.
