Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for AI to join a growing team. You will help analyze and solution payment processing workflows, gather requirements, and support the delivery of AI-powered solutions across our payment platforms including payment acceptance, vendor automation, clearing and settlement, and funding.
Minimum Requirements:
ā¢ 0ā5 years of experience using AI tools and solutions for business analysis, product operations, automation.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills, can you explain complex ideas simply.
ā¢ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a knack for spotting patterns in processes and data.
ā¢ Knowledge of AI concepts like large language models, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation.
ā¢ Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT for Business, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Google Gemini, Grok.
Preferred Requirements:
ā¢ Internship or project experience involving AI/ML, chatbots, or intelligent automation.
ā¢ Basic familiarity with SQL or data querying.
ā¢ Exposure to payment processing, fintech, or financial services.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in payment operations, product, and engineering.
ā¢ Create scripts or solutions that meet the business requirements from the stakeholders.
ā¢ Learn and map payment workflows ā understanding where manual processes could benefit from AI-driven automation.
ā¢ Support QA and testing by validating AI agent outputs against expected results and flagging issues like inaccurate or hallucinated responses.
ā¢ Create clear process documentation, data flow diagrams, and requirement documents.
ā¢ Communicate across teams ā translating between business stakeholders who know payments and technical teams who build AI systems.
