About the Role: Point Wild is building the Trailblazer AI Team - a dedicated group focused on applying AI to enhance our products, drive business growth, and deliver real-world impact across multiple product lines (antivirus, VPN, identity protection, password management, and more). As an AI Engineer , you will work closely with Senior AI Engineers and MLOps/Data Engineers to develop, deploy, and optimize AI models that power our next-generation security products. This is a hands-on engineering role , requiring expertise in machine learning model development, deployment, and optimization . You will contribute to multiple AI initiatives, ensuring that models are efficient, scalable, and production-ready . Day to Day: Model Development Optimization : Implement, refine, and maintain ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP-based models). Production Integration : Work with Data/MLOps Engineers to package, deploy, and monitor models within a robust CI/CD pipeline. Performance Tuning : Optimize model efficacy, efficiency, and reliability Parallel Project Support : Split or manage multiple AI initiatives to enable faster execution across various RD efforts . What you bring to the table: Strong ML AI Fundamentals : Hands-on experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning techniques. Model Deployment MLOps Experience : Comfortable working with containerized models, cloud-based AI pipelines (AWS preferred), and CI/CD for ML. Proficiency in Python ML Frameworks : Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar tools. Performance-Driven Mindset : Skilled in optimizing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
