Job Description: An Engineer is a problem solver who analyzes models/designs creates modifies and supports a set of complex systems processes or operations that enable business capabilities. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers personal tasks on time and leads the delivery of tasks for natural or cross-functional workgroup 15% Participates on initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 15% Leads cross-functional initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 15% Creates Application and System Design Documents and Develops Applications / Reports / Systems/ Enterprise Solutions 25% Estimates component/application system level and enterprise solution work efforts 10% Creates RFI/RFP requests / responses for vendor product evaluations 5% Designs Develops and Implements Complex Business Rules 5% Responsible for fulfilling end-user requests. Provides on call support as required. Periodically provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced individuals. Routinely operates under deadlines and may be subject to extreme workloads 10% Qualifications: EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE 5+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 11+ years’ work experience KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Strong knowledge in multiple SDLC methodologies Technically proficient in application/component system or enterprise solution Excellent communication and facilitation skills COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS Communicates directly with internal and external customers. Additional Information: Base Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000 Applications will be accepted until the posted deadline April 6, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified. The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
