Accounts Receivable Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage payments, assist in collections, and provide support to the Accounting & Finance department. Responsibilities Receive payments and deposits Review and record AR billings through Microsoft Dynamics GP Code all billings to proper units and General Ledger accounts Assist in collections and review of AR balances Maintain correct documentation for billings, revisions, and payments Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department Maintain strong relationships with catering personnel and General Managers Provide backup and front desk coverage if needed Skills High school or equivalent Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook One – two years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience with Caterease software Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus Benefits Flexible Vacation or Time Away From Work (TAFW) plan: no accruals; employees are encouraged to schedule time off as needed within business scope.
