AI Enablement Specialist

The AI Enablement Specialist will assist in growing everyday, department-specific AI usage by offering enablement, developing repeatable workflows, and supporting a vibrant internal community of practice.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the AI Champions network and business functions to understand workflows, difficulties, and opportunities for Generative and Agentic AIDevelop and refine department-specific AI solutions (e.g., copilots, prompt packs, and lightweight agents) that boost timely performance while meeting security and compliance expectationsBuild and maintain enablement materials (quick-start guides, office hours content, demos, FAQs, and templates) that help teams build confidence and good habits with AIFacilitate hands-on sessions for Champions and end users (training, workshops, and “build with me” labs) to reinforce responsible prompting and workflow developmentDevelop repeatable playbooks for common patterns (summarization, drafting, analysis, retrieval/grounding, and agentic task flows) and help Champions adapt them to their teamsDevelop and test GenAI-enabled workflows and lightweight agents (no-code/low-code and/or basic scripting as appropriate), recording assumptions, limitations, and success criteriaTest and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, usefulness, consistency, and policy alignment; build lightweight test sets, capture failure modes, and recommend improvements to prompts, grounding, and workflow/agent designHelp build and maintain shared assets (timely libraries, workflow templates and standards) to accelerate consistent adoption across departmentsPartner with appropriate collaborators to move successful pilots into supported solutions (requirements, handoffs, documentation, and ongoing iteration)Support Microsoft-centric efficiency workflows where applicable (e.g., Copilot experiences and related tooling) and translate capabilities into practical “how to use it” mentorshipTrack adoption signals and feedback and iterate the enablement approach and assets accordinglyStay current on GenAI and agentic guidelines and share practical takeaways with Champions and partners in clear, business-friendly languageSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business, Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered1-3 years of experience in one or more of these areas: GenAI solution support, building workflows, business process improvement, training, or analyticsPractical experience with Generative AI tools and large language models, including iterative prompting, structured outputs, and basic evaluation of output qualityExperience with agent patterns and tooling (e.g., tool/function calling concepts, orchestration, RAG/grounding, and basic evaluation approaches), including MCP (Model Context Protocol) features for linking models to tools and data sourcesStrong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and build clear job aids and documentationAbility to break down business processes into steps, identify where AI solutions may benefit, and build practical workflows with appropriate guardrailsComfortable designing workflow automations and agentic processes through low-code tools and/or simple scripting; capable of turning concepts into a functional demoComfortable working within Microsoft efficiency environments; familiarity with Copilot applications and contemporary collaboration tools is a plusUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and the requirements of regulated settings; knowledge of financial services / asset management terminology is a plusExperience supporting AI adoption programs (champion networks, communities of practice, office hours, internal comms, or learning series)Exposure to Python and/or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Platform) for rapid prototyping and experimentationExperience with enterprise GenAI assistants and modes (e.g., Enterprise ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code)Experience with Microsoft's AI ecosystem (e.g., Copilot experiences, Teams/SharePoint/Office workflows) and ways to integrate AI into everyday tasksExperience detailing business processes and translating them into repeatable templates, checklists, and standard operating proceduresExposure to change management and instructional building (adult learning principles, microlearning, or curriculum development)Experience partnering with engineers/product teams to pilot solutions, gather feedback, and iterate prompts, workflows, and guardrailsBenefitsParticipation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans)Company OverviewAllspring Global Investments is a provider of financial services.
