AI Automation Developer for GHL + Vapi + n8n + OpenAI Setup - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an AI automation developer who can build advanced workflows in GoHighLevel using Vapi, n8n, and OpenAI. I already have accounts for GHL, Vapi, n8n, and ChatGPT. I want everything to work together smoothly like Centerfy.ai. You should know how to wire up voice agents, SMS automation, email flows, calendar logic, and API connections. This job includes four full workflows. Tax Preparation. Life Insurance and Annuities. FlowOps AI Automation Demo Funnel. Be Your Own Boss Mentorship Program. Each workflow needs to run hands-free. AI should be able to take calls. Text leads. Email leads. Collect info. Book appointments. Send documents. And update GHL with notes and summaries. You need to be comfortable building with: GoHighLevel API. n8n automation flows. Vapi voice agents. OpenAI prompts and system logic. Stripe webhooks for payments. Google Calendar API. Custom fields and pipelines in GHL. You should also know how to structure: Lead intake logic. After-call reporting. RAG-style knowledge base lookups. Error handling and logging. AI follow-up messages. Automated onboarding workflows. I have clear outlines for all workflows. I need someone to turn them into working systems. If you’ve built AI agents before, say so.
