AI Adoption Specialist

The AI Adoption Specialist will provide training and enablement sessions to clients, showcase AI capabilities, and develop strong relationships to drive AI adoption in marketing programs. Responsibilities Empower Clients: Provide hands-on training and enablement sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Zeta's AI-driven Marketing Platform Live Demos: Showcase our AI capabilities at live events and conferences, offering attendees a firsthand look at our transformative technology Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to drive AI adoption and identify new use cases for their marketing programs Share Knowledge: Document and share best practices, tips, and real-world use cases with both internal teams and Clients Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our Product team to relay client feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of our AI offerings Skills In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) Passionate about learning and understanding the full AI capabilities of Zeta's Marketing Platform Strong communication skills, able to present complex AI concepts in an accessible way to non-technical clients Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with clients on innovative uses for AI in their marketing strategies Works well with internal teams across Customer Solutions, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Ops, and Product Management Open to traveling up to 25% of the time, especially during peak periods Benefits Unlimited PTO Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage Employee Equity Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!
