What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five years of sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Effective presentation and customer service skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Health insurance sales experience
- Prior experience supporting sales during an annual election period
- High level of comfort supporting employer groups
- Strong analytic mindset around data compilation
- Current and active SC state insurance license
