ad1 Position: AEP Enterprise ArchitectLocation: RemoteDuration: Long TermPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced AEP Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The Enterprise Architect will serve as the strategic advisor and technical leader, aligning customer experience initiatives with business goals, while ensuring architectural best practices, scalability, and security. This role requires deep expertise in AEP and its ecosystem, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, business, and digital marketing functions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Architecture & RoadmapDefine the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform adoption across multiple business units.Translate business requirements into scalable AEP solutions that support data-driven customer experiences.Solution Design & GovernanceArchitect end-to-end solutions integrating AEP with Martech, CRM, ERP, analytics, and data warehouse ecosystems.Establish architecture governance frameworks, design standards, and best practices for AEP implementations.Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance requirements.Integration & Data ManagementOversee ingestion and activation of first-, second-, and third-party data into AEP, ensuring high data quality and consistency.Design identity resolution, Real-Time CDP, and customer profile unification strategies.Define integration patterns with downstream applications (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, external APIs, etc.).Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business stakeholders, product managers, and marketing teams to align customer experience strategy with technical execution.Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, developers, and system integrators.Performance & InnovationContinuously evaluate emerging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend adoption where beneficial.Optimize architecture for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.Drive innovation in personalization, AI/ML integration, and real-time customer journey orchestration.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with at least 3 5 years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.Strong expertise in:AEP Real-Time CDP, Data Collection, and Activation.Customer Journey Orchestration (AJO), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics.Data modeling, identity resolution, and profile stitching.Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and data integration frameworks.Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.Solid understanding of data privacy, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).Proven ability to work with C-level executives and business leaders to align technology with strategic objectives.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Best Regards,Rakesh SharmaE-mail: Hangout: Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
