Advisor Operations Associate
Valmark Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join their Investment Operations team as an Advisor Operations Associate. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point between internal operations teams and financial professionals, ensuring smooth operations through support, training, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals, providing timely support and solutions to operational and technology-related questions Troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to partners on systems, workflows, and best practices Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational updates Help plan and contribute to internal events, training sessions, and educational forums Assist with administrative coordination across custodians, account changes, and operational processes Contribute to research and evaluation of financial technology tools and industry trends Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort working both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and follow-up skills Interest in financial services, operations, or technology Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client support Experience working with CRM systems, document management tools, or workflow platforms Exposure to financial products, investment operations, or advisory services Company Overview ValMark Financial Group is a broker-dealer for life insurance and securities with operations in Ohio and Minnesota.
