ADP Workforce Software Technical Consultant
· ADP Workforce Software Technical Consultant to work remotely from home office in Eastern Time zone working shift. Overview We are seeking a hands-on ADP Workforce Software Technical Consultant with strong IT and configuration experience in workforce management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can work across technical and functional needs within ADP Workforce Software, with a strong focus on Time & Attendance configuration and support. The right candidate will have experience working with configuration, integrations, SQL, JavaScript, and workforce management modules in a technical environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on technical and techno-functional support within ADP Workforce Software • Configure and support Time & Attendance solutions within Workforce Software • Work across Workforce Software modules including: • Time & Attendance • Absence Compliance Tracker • Advanced Scheduler • Workforce Analytics • Configure policies, profile baselines, pay codes and mappings, accruals, premiums, transaction policies, scheduling, and role-based functionality • Preferred Qualifications • Integration Specialist certification preferred • Required Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience as a technical or techno-functional consultant in ADP Workforce Software • Strong IT experience • Experience configuring Time & Attendance within Workforce Software • Experience with SQL • Experience with JavaScript • Experience supporting Workforce Software modules including Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Analytics • Experience configuring: • policies • profile baselines • pay codes and mappings • accruals • premiums • transaction policies • scheduling • role-based functionality • Experience supporting integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP / SAP ADP • Workforce Software Configuration certification is mandatory • * Support technical configuration and functional setup within the Workforce Software platform • Work with SQL and JavaScript to support system configuration and solution needs • Support integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP / SAP ADP What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
