Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment paperwork
Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout all interactions
Participate in optional ongoing training and leadership development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
