Administrative Support Specialist - Patient Services
We are seeking a professional and polished Administrative Support Specialist to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading nonprofit organization. Worksite Location: 100% Remote (CST hours)
Work Schedule: 15-20 hours a week
Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
What you will do as the Administrative Support Specialist:
Complete data entry, record keeping, organizing reports, and communication
Fill out F01000 with patient and family data and submit to OWC
Save each request to P drive folder
Create a new Family Typing Results folder on P drive to track when results come in
Add each family member and information to tracker
Once FedEx tracking is available, add to tracker
Decipher family typing results and add pdf report to the corresponding folder
Add dates to tracker that results come in
Identify when all family typing results are available for a patient
Contact family members if needing to confirm contact details
Look over kit cards and respond to biorepository
Create each patient case and fill in the required fields in MS
Enter all details into the tracker and SalesForce
What you will bring to the role as the Administrative Support Specialist:
Previous experience in administrative support is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
