Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations
We're partnering with a client to find a talented Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations to support their team. This is a fully remote Temp role requiring in-region talent. The position involves supporting enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and internally-developed tools, with a focus on operations and troubleshooting.

*Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations Responsibilities:*
* Manage and monitor support channels such as Slack, responding promptly to user and support requests.
* Investigate and troubleshoot system issues requiring elevated permissions or engineering intervention across Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and other enterprise tools.
* Escalate complex issues to engineering or partner teams following documentation and protocols.
* Keep detailed logs of work performed and system changes in Jira, adhering to team processes.
* Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for end users and support personnel.
* Observe system dashboards and escalation metrics, proposing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operations.
*Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations Qualifications:*
* Over five years of experience as a Systems Administrator, SaaS Administrator, or similar role.
* Proven experience supporting and configuring Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk.
* Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management methodologies.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
