Administrative & Operations Assistant - Remote
About the Role
We're looking for an organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our security operations team. This role involves managing schedules, handling urgent staffing situations, and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Schedule and reschedule security guards using the Belfry scheduling app
⢠Answer phone calls and manage guard call-outs, absences, and last-minute staffing changes
⢠Handle administrative paperwork and ensure compliance with government requirements
⢠Coordinate effectively across multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
Requirements
⢠Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
⢠Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with ability to handle time-sensitive situations
⢠Proactive, friendly attitude with eagerness to learn
⢠Comfortable working remotely with strong self-management skills
⢠Availability to work weekend shifts ( Saturday and/or Sunday preferred )
⢠Ability to work 1pm - 9pm EST preferred (flexible)
Nice to Have
⢠Experience in the security industry or staffing/scheduling operations
⢠Familiarity with scheduling software or workforce management tools
Hiring Process
Candidates will complete a skills assessment test based on real-world operational scenarios to evaluate problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
