Administrative Assistant (East Region)

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior leadership for the East region, managing communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring administrative duties and deadlines are met.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetingsDraft and format internal communications, memos and meeting notesPrepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondenceTrack action items and coordinate timely follow-upCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materialsComplete general administrative tasks as requestedSupport in project work and initiativesSend reminders, updates and follow-up emails to ensure timelines and tasks remain on trackCirculate meeting materials, agendas and notesFacilitate meetings as requested and minute takeMaintain confidential records and sensitive informationTravel as requested to attend in-person meetingsArrange travel and itineraries as requestedManaging corporate partner tickets and ticketing/reservation platformsPractice safe work habits and complete company safety and general compliance trainingMaintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards co-workers, and managementAdhere to the Legends Global company policiesComplete other duties assigned by managementSkillsAttention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismAble to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changesAbility to prioritizeAbility to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team playerProblem solving skillsExperience in an administration focused position requiredMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) experience requiredExperience supporting senior executives idealBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife and disability insurancePaid vacation401k planCompany OverviewLegends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues and brands.
