Administrative Assistant
Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our business operations. In this role, you will handle essential administrative and HR functions that keep our company running smoothly. You will be responsible for payroll, HR compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Duties:Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionMaintain employee records and assist with onboarding, scheduling, and HR compliancePrepare, track, and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reportsMonitor and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on scheduleAssist with vendor communication and maintain accurate records of contracts and billingProvide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining organized digital/physical filesCoordinate with management on compliance matters and internal policy updatesSupport day-to-day office operations as needed to ensure smooth business flowSkills:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting/payroll softwareFamiliarity with HR processes and compliance requirements preferredBasic understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expense trackingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionStrong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced settingJoin our team as an Administrative Assistant and help drive the success of our operations.
