What You'll Do:
Ā Guide and Empower: You'll be matched with high school students, providing one-on-one coaching sessions via Discord.
Ā Build Connections: Foster genuine connections and create a safe space for your client to explore their goals and challenges.
Ā Develop Essential Skills: Help your client clarify priorities, build confidence, manage stress, and make informed decisions about their future.
Ā Facilitate Growth: Guide your clients through a structured 11-week program based on the book "How to Navigate Life," covering topics like goal-setting, communication, and talent development.
Ā Become a Mentor: Serve as a trusted mentor and role model, celebrating your client's victories and supporting them through challenges.

Qualifications:
Ā Be a high school or college student based in the United States or Canada.
Ā Be at least 16yo
Ā Have access to a laptop, headset, and stable high-speed Wi-Fi.
Ā A warm, outgoing, caring personality that can help draw out shy and withdrawn teens is a must.
Ā The ideal candidate is aspiring to major in psychology, education, social work, communication, or something similar, but all are welcome to apply.
Ā Be available to commit at least 5-10 hours per week through the 2024-25 academic year.
Ā Have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference.
Ā Please note this is an unpaid internship, but the rewards go far beyond monetary compensation.
