Ad Operations Associate

People Inc. is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to manage the setup, performance, and delivery of its advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating digital advertising campaigns, collaborating with sales support departments, and ensuring optimal performance and delivery for clients.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the set up and trafficking of digital advertising campaigns: display, video, newsletters in Google Ad Manager (GAM)Trafficking and revisions of new and existing opportunities: execute push from the order management system to ad server: GAM (Google Ad Manager)Partner with other sales support departments including Account Strategy, Revenue Operations, Client Activation on campaigns and programsProcess revisions and optimizations toward client goals, requests, performance and deliveryMaintain pre and post-launch processes including debug and reporting of issues with delivery, performance, discrepanciesBe or become a subject matter expert in areas of interestSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience1-2 Years In Ad Operations/digital Media, Or Related ExperienceWork under tight time restrictions with the ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and highly organizedProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications, ie.
