We specialize in acquiring off-market homes directly from homeowners and either renovating or assigning them to investors, no brokers, no listings. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve successfully closed over 500 transactions. All of our leads are inbound from paid PPC campaigns, so there’s no cold calling or cold texting involved. Position Summary We’re seeking a full-time remote Acquisitions Closer who can consistently close deals and perform at a high level. You’ll engage with inbound, motivated leads, understand their needs, make compelling offers, and lock in profitable contracts. Work Hours • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST • Evenings or weekends as needed depending on lead activity Key Responsibilities • Engage and Convert Leads: Manage incoming leads with professionalism and urgency • Build Seller Relationships: Develop rapport and uncover sellers' true motivations • Close Deals: Make competitive offers and close contracts over the phone or Zoom • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records and updates in Podio CRM • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the transactions and disposition teams to finalize deals Ideal Candidate We’re looking for confident, goal-oriented sales professionals who have the drive to close, the discipline to follow up, and the determination to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
