Position Overview

D.A. Carter Services, Inc., a growing family-owned septic services company based in Conyers, GA 30012, is seeking a Senior IT Help Desk Technician to support and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure.

This role is responsible for technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network support, cybersecurity best practices, and system administration assistance. The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-focused, and capable of resolving complex issues independently.

Immediate hire — must be able to start within 1 week.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support (remote users and office staff)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts (user setup, permissions, troubleshooting)
• Maintain and support Windows-based systems and workstations
• Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and endpoint protection
• Support VoIP phone systems and remote communication tools
• Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors when necessary
• Perform system updates, backups, and security patches
• Recommend IT process improvements and infrastructure upgrades
