Position Overview
We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager to communicate with homeowners, evaluate property opportunities, present purchase offers, and help secure contracts. This is a performance-based sales role suited for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by results.
This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses. It is not an MLM, recruiting position, or business opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Speak with homeowners by phone, text, and email
• Build rapport and understand motivation and timelines
• Gather property details and evaluate repair needs
• Review comparable sales and assist with determining offer ranges
• Present offers and negotiate terms professionally
• Secure purchase agreements
• Manage leads inside the company CRM
• Follow up with active and warm leads consistently
• Meet performance goals related to calls, offers, and signed contracts
Requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Prior sales experience required (real estate sales experience is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
• CRM experience is helpful
