**Job Highlights**

* Work as a Quality Control Standards and Guidelines Data Analyst, driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation
* Identify factual patterns and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division
* Collaborate with the Quality Control team to gather, analyze, and present complex data
* Develop and present results from data analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Explore impromptu asks and provide logical answers to permit senior authorities to make business decisions
* Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensure a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision

**Responsibilities**

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
* Help with making and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
* Explore impromptu asks resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to permit senior authorities to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
* Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
* Help with creating and distributing specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
* Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensure a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
* May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, computer science, or mathematics)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present complex data
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
* Ability to communicate complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
* Ability to communicate complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in data analysis, statistics, or computer science
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
* Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods
* Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
