Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in managing client relationships and resolving business interruptions related to accounts receivable. Responsibilities Customer Communication: Engage in daily outbound communications (emails, phone calls, and text messages) with our clients in hopes of resolving business interruptions. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and resolve any payment issues or processing interruptions Teamwork: Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to reach positive outcomes Meetings: Attend daily team standups and weekly meetings.
