Accounts Receivable - Entry Level
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in collections and finance. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and must be willing to complete an Excel assessment as part of the consideration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable
Ā Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
Ā Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues
Ā Prepare and analyze reports using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Ā Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes
Qualifications:
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Willingness to complete an Excel assessment for consideration

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
