Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk to join our team! As a key player in our accounting department, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and take your career to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
Ā Review and process payroll and invoices with precision and accuracy
Ā Verify payroll records and invoices for accuracy and completeness
Ā Answer escalated payroll-related questions and resolve paycheck errors
Ā Obtain approvals for invoices and payroll-related actions as needed
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including vendor records and payroll data
Ā Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies, including vendor statements and credit card statements
Ā Assist with the annual audit and provide necessary documentation
Ā Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Ā Prepare reports on payroll, company budget, and expenses
Requirements
Ā 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience
Ā Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ā Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, QuickBooks, and payroll-related software (ADP experience required)
Ā Ability to adapt to changing processes and software
Ā Strong organizational and time management skills
