The role requires the ability to float to other facilities if necessary. Candidates will be expected to complete training modules as part of the onboarding process. Float policy allows for reassignment to different departments or facilities within a specified radius, if qualifications are met. Prior teaching hospital experience is preferred. Travel pairs are allowed; however, it is typical for pairs not to work in the same unit.
