Accounts Payable Associate

Our proprietary Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows our customers to run an efficient warehouse and fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately. Our fulfillment division operates our own warehouses providing fulfillment services for brands across the US and Canada.Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team on a full-time basis. This role will support day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment execution. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneKey Functions/Responsibilities:Review and process vendor invoices in accordance with internal policies and proceduresEnsure invoices are properly coded and approved before paymentReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist with weekly and monthly payment runsRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status or invoice issuesMaintain accurate records of payables and supporting documentationCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice approval and issue resolutionSupport month-end closing activities related to payablesPosition Qualifications:Education: Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:1+ year of experience in accounts payable or general accountingSkills:Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP/accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle a high volume of transactions while meeting deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate or above)Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote settingOur Core Values:Do the right thing - Our employees are held to the highest standards.
