Accounting Analyst

They are seeking an Accounting Analyst to perform complex accounting duties, including managing grant-related activities, processing payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliations. Responsibilities Review grant agreements, disbursement requests, processing grant disbursement vouchers, reconciling grant expenditures, communicating and resolving grant issues with grant internal and external stakeholders, and processing invoices related to purchase orders, contracts, and utilities Review and approve vouchers Maintain payment logs Participate in month-end and year-end activities Skills Proficiency in FI$Cal and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position Resume is required and must be included Degree and/or School Transcripts Company Overview Agency charged with protecting the public from the harmful effects of air pollution & developing programs & actions to fight climate change.
