Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and Finance Director, the Accountant will support core finance and HR-related processes while also playing an active role in our ERP migration project. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally while contributing to operational improvements.ResponsibilitiesPerform bookkeeping tasks with emphasis on Accounts Payable for a group of companies (we have a few legal entities)Communicate across the teams to obtain necessary approvals/ fill missing details for supplier invoices submitted to be paidEnsure timely and accurate processing of contractor invoices using an internal invoices management platform & accounting softwareReview and validate reimbursement requestsMaintain internal tracking system for prepayments & company subscriptionsBusiness travel cost trackingReconcile travel and expense documentation using tools like ExpensifySupport the ERP transition by helping test and validate accounting processes in the new systemParticipate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controlsRequirementsKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business, Finance preferred)Graduated from or currently enrolled in the ACCA program or another international professional qualification2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in an international environmentPrior experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strongly preferred)Strong Excel and Google Sheets skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving mindsetFluent in EnglishPersonal Characteristics:Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracyTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsCurious and open to learning, with a growth mindsetReliable, ethical, and adaptable in a remote work environmentWhat we offer:Remote Work - we offer a truly and fully remote environment.
