Account Supervisor, Beauty PR
Job Description:
• Support the development and execution of integrated communications programs spanning earned media, influencer and social
• Manage day-to-day client relationships
• Lead key workstreams and ensure campaigns are executed strategically and efficiently across channels
• Oversee project timelines
• Mentor junior team members
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful results for clients
• Conduct deep dives into audience behavior, aligning strategic recommendations with business objectives
• Develop and implement multi-channel strategies, integrating earned, influencer, and social efforts seamlessly
• Craft and manage creative social media campaign strategies
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience, ideally within a PR agency environment
• Strong background in the beauty industry
• Strategic and hands-on
• Strong client management skills
• Creative instincts
• Deep understanding of the beauty and broader consumer landscape
