About the Role As an Account Representative Entry Level, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing accounts, closing new business, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our sales team to provide competitive pricing and rates, while ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates Input, update, and manage shipment information in Load Manager Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed Become a subject matter expert for TQL's OMASS department What We Offer We're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive training program, career advancement opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.
