As an Account Manager, you will:
Meet and exceed assigned sales, retention, and productivity goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, enhancing the positioning of our products and services.
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our business lines.
Nurture and grow a profitable book of business through proactive account planning and renewal strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and key issues are addressed.
Analyze reports and data to provide insights to clients, drive impactful recommendations, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Support the successful launch of new products and services.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in Sales and Service, with a strong focus on Account Management.
Experience conducting complex client conversations.
Demonstrated success in sales negotiation, support, and reporting.
Experience with self-funded/stop-loss products within Sales and Service.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Valid Health and Life Insurance License.

Data analysis skills.
Experience with self-funded foundations.
Education (Secondary School Certificate or equivalent).
