Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives with Costco. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consumer packaged goods and established relationships with Costco buyers, particularly in the snacking category.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for entering and expanding our presence in Costco stores.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with Costco buyers to ensure sales growth and meet account objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and forecast sales effectively.
• Regularly visit Costco locations to optimize sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Kervan USA and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales with a focus on consumer packaged goods, including significant experience dealing directly with Costco.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong team player with effective follow-up skills and a keen attention to detail.
