Key Responsibilities
Manage daily communication with clients and address their needs proactively.
Gather, understand, and translate client requirements into clear briefs for design, social, production, media, and strategy teams.
Coordinate internal teams and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and present creative proposals, reports, and performance analyses.
Oversee the production of materials (social posts, banners, TVCs, print, landing pages, etc.) ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations.
Resolve issues efficiently and manage challenges that may impact projects.
Collaborate with the finance team on budgets, pricing, and cost management.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
