Position Overview

We are currently looking for organized and service-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Assistant. In this role, you will help clients prepare for upcoming trips by assisting with planning details, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting a smooth experience from the early idea stage through confirmed bookings.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and exploring destination options while building skills in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel field is required, as onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with arranging travel components such as accommodations, flights, cruises, tours, and activities

Research destination options that align with traveler preferences and budgets

Provide helpful planning suggestions to support trip decisions

Communicate with clients through email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate

Coordinate reservation details with supplier partners

Keep itinerary information accurate and organized within internal systems

Stay informed about current travel opportunities, updates, and promotions

Support clients throughout different stages of their trip preparation process

Qualifications

Interest in travel planning support and customer service

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting

Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools

Must be at least 18 years old

Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region

Previous travel industry experience is not required training is provided
