The Account Manager will be expected to proactively reach out to customers in order to: guide customer success and strategy, conduct recurring business reviews, identify up-sell opportunities, and manage customer renewals.The Account Manager must be versatile as they'll interact with different customers at different levels every day while working closely with multiple different departments at Medely. What you will do:Own the overall post-launch relationship with Medely customersIncrease customer platform usage and adoptionEnsure customer retention and contract renewalEnsure customer satisfactionUp-sell and uncovering new revenue opportunitiesDevelop, prepare, and nurture customersWork with customers to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goalsManage customer escalationsWhat we are seeking:3-5 years of account management experience ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and expansion with at least 1 year within a SaaS startup.
