Job Duties
Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Leverage engineering principles to promote the sale of Microsoft technologies or services. Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that alignwith sales or return-on-investment ("ROI") goals. Engineer business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. May require travel to unanticipated worksites up to 25 percent. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same area as assigned MSFT office location.
Minimum Requirements
... Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related.
Experience: 60 months of experience in any Sales Engineer related occupation.
Education or Experience in: Experience must include 12 months in each of the following: Account Management in a Multi-Industry Account Territory; Microsoft Sales Planning and Forecasting; Account Planning for Banking, Insurance and Health Industries; Microsoft Account Team and Microsoft Regional Team Orchestration; Azure Consumption Revenue Planning and Forecast; Azure; and Microsoft 365.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (V2372430), in Guaynabo, PR, is $165,000 to $195,000 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
