Renowned mobilises it, automatically turning reviews, listings and data into powerful, always-on marketing content The Team: A collaborative, globally distributed team of over eighty members spanning Australia, the US, New Zealand, and The Philippines Our Values: One Team One Dream, Dare to Care, Think Deeply/Move Quickly, and We Speak Up Our Mission: To help great real estate professionals win more property listings and become renowned local experts in the markets they serve About the Role Reporting to our ANZ Retention Manager in Australia, this is a fully remote role supporting our highly valuable NZ based clients, you will: Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents, across New Zealand Proactively contact customers who are current Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or extend their contracts Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team About You Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred Highly organised Fun and dynamic personalities suit this awesome team!
