**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to provide accurate and confident responses to customer questions.

**Minimum Requirements**
