As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Account Management team. The primary role for the Account Manager will be to identify upsell opportunities for additional software and services by staying in routine contact with the customer base via phone, online meeting, and email. Secondarily, the Account Manager will build a relationship with their customer base to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer�s tenure and prevent churn. Develop a strong understanding of the ECI MES (Manufacturing Execution System) called Amper. Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers within your customer base. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present our upsell options effectively. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure. Manage the sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries. Have a strong working relationship with your customers to increase references, keep customers on maintenance and support contracts, and help mitigate Churn. Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan. Qualifications and Requirements Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry. Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable. Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor�s degree highly desirable. Sit for long periods of time.
