Account Executive, Partnerships

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of our Client’s activation programs in the Payment Services category. This role includes overseeing activation success metrics, managing client communications, and coordinating event budgets and deliverables.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day implementation of the Client’s global sponsorship propertiesInteract with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple Client contacts along with appropriate agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in the activationProvide oversight and management of activation success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and annual recapsProvide research and prepare decks for various requests from the ClientParticipate in the strategic development, implementation and execution of activationsAssist with the creation and implementation of marketing and program materialsCoordinate client meetings, deliverables, agendas, follow-up, recap notesManage day-to-day event budgets, creative approvals, and campaign development from all appropriate partiesLead day-to-day communications with Client for their campaign development includingFacilitate the on-going internal and external process of CRM tracking, opening budgets and providing payments to vendorsSkillsBachelor's DegreeA minimum of 1-3 years of property, agency or client-based sponsorship management experienceAbility to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of clientSuperior organization and client relationship/service skills – feels confident leading calls and tracking follow up notesAbility to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple client contacts and agency(s)Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logisticsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyAbility to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent time management, written and oral communication skillsAbility to travel ~15% of the timeAbility to work professionally at onsite events with Client representatives and contracted talentSports property experience is highly preferredExperience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plusBenefitsHealth careRetirementVacation and other paid time offAdditional offeringsCompany Overview160over90 is the sole agency in Searchlight’s portfolio alongside other companies It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
