As a solo listing agent with Compass, I am seeking a dedicated buyer's agent that is actively working with buyers to join my team. Geographically I operate in the Eastern Queens and Western Nassau areas.
Compensation Structure:
 Self-Generated Business: Keep 80% of the commission, plus a small resource fee.
 Referred Business: Competitive split for referrals, ensuring you benefit from my established network.
