About the Role:
In this exciting and challenging position, you will:

Consistently close new business while managing and growing existing relationships
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in solution selling and pipeline management
Conduct demonstrations of the MedBridge platform, identifying client pain points and presenting compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth, refine processes, and share best practices
Take ownership of your personal development, leveraging our resources and support to accelerate your career growth

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you'll require:

2-4 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Home Health or Healthcare Industry experience, with a strong understanding of the market and its challenges
SaaS experience, preferably with a background in solution-based selling, negotiating agreements, and managing complex sales structures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google, PowerPoint, Salesloft, Salesforce, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Monday.com
