They are seeking a digital sales professional to drive sales of their logistics SaaS solution, Opendock, by partnering with transportation and technology stakeholders at target companies. Responsibilities Drive transactional and complex sales cycles for logistics SaaS solutions to enterprise shippers from initial contact to successful onboarding within a fast-paced sales environment Work with Marketing to build and manage a strong pipeline of customers Constantly refine your sales skills with sales management and sales enablement as well as seek and apply constructive feedback to constantly refine your approach Actively share customer feedback and your own observations with Loadsmart’s Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to enhance value for your customers Become a subject matter expert on our business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and remaining up-to date on industry news Participate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success Skills 1+ Year of direct sales experience in B2B sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork oriented environment Leveraging sales productivity similar to Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (this is our current stack) Ability to multi-task to achieve expectations. Consistent day to day tasks required to be successful are prospecting to build a pipeline, effective demonstration of Opendock to prospects, and follow ups to nurture the sales-cycle Relationship building prowess to maintain communication during long-sales cycles (3+ months) Ability to understand the prospect's problem and communicate the solution effectively Logistics sales experience is preferred Benefits Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent Extremely competitive Equity package - become a shareholder in our company!
