Account Executive

Our revolutionary Invoice Funding product allows entrepreneurs to fund their expenses including marketing and inventory without giving up cash flow so they can plan for the future.Clearco is looking for sales professionals who are ready to launch or accelerate their careers while making a real impact. You'll focus on selling to SMBs with $100K–$250K in monthly revenue, helping them access the capital they need to grow.What your day-to-day will look like:Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targetsManage the full sales cycle including: prospecting, managing the sales funnel, running discovery, product demos, qualifying, negotiating and closing dealsManage in-depth finance conversations and objections with C-Suite ExecutivesNurture your closed lost pipeline effectively and align to customer capital needsSelling across the US with a focus on SMB ecommerce businesses Track leads and sales metrics - experiment with different outreach approaches and use data to identify those that work bestHelp run experiments and drive process improvements to reduce credit losses and risk, customer frustration, friction, and churnAct as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how Clearco funding will help drive these desired results Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Founder Success, Diligence, Risk, Product, and Engineering to maximize value for our clients Continue to be a subject matter expert on alternative and traditional finance options, ecommerce trends, and top verticals About you:6–12 months of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with quick deal cyclesHave a track record prospecting new business and driving deals to closureExperience with SFDC, Outreach, Zoominfo preferredThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAre a creative thinker that is willing to go above and beyond expectations for customers Are a self-starter who can hold yourself accountableBring a collaborative, can-do attitude and resourcefulness to close dealsAre competitive and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targetsAre consistently focused on improving your financial, business, and sales acumenAre analytical, everything we do is based on dataHave strong negotiation skillsWhat we offer:Working with a very passionate and supportive team, and finding a sense of belonging in the #ClearcrewCompetitive salary plus comprehensive medical and dental insuranceA tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environmentMental health support Professional development opportunities and annual financial stipend A culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparencyThe chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission-driven organizationClearco is an equal opportunity employer.
