Required Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Databricks
ā¢ Experience working on AWS Cloud
ā¢ Strong Product Owner / stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Experience in Agile environment
Domain Experience
ā¢ Preferred: P&C Insurance (Property & Casualty)
ā¢ Otherwise: General Insurance domain experience is acceptable
Nice to Have
ā¢ Data governance knowledge
ā¢ Experience with enterprise data platforms
ā¢ Understanding of policy, claims, and underwriting data
ā¢ Jira / Scrum tools exposure
