Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and proactive customer service professional to take ownership of flooring projects from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-responsibility environment and takes pride in keeping projects organized, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You should be someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure successful project completion.

Training & Onboarding

We provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role. During onboarding, you’ll learn our systems, workflow processes, product knowledge, and project coordination procedures while working alongside experienced team members. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and supported as you grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage flooring projects from initial quote through ordering, delivery coordination, and final invoicing
• Oversee incoming orders and support flooring needs for assigned accounts
• Coordinate and track product shipments to meet customer and jobsite timelines
• Prepare accurate and detailed invoices for the accounting team
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project timelines
• Read, review, and edit floor plans as needed
• Support production and operations teams to help keep projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and updates within company systems and CRM platforms

Qualifications
• Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales or customer relationship management experience is a plus
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
